Haier HL19E 19-Inch LCD TV Review from Max Scheibe El Diablo. I like it, I bought this for over in Iraq and they dont ship to APO so that sucked. but I got it here eventually… The sound isnt that great so investing in speakers wouldnt be such a bad idea. The picture quality is the best and at 19″ it isnt taking up all the space of a DLP TV. Its 1080p High Definition makes movies and games look and sound amazing.. I was impressed for $300. specially since most TVs over here cost way too much. Example for anyone heading over here — $100 for a 13″ But the sound is all I wasnt satisfied with the TV and speakers solve that.
