Toshiba REGZA 52RV535U 52-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV Review from Mike M Difrakhsh Persianswede. Best value, hands down., SD is excellent & better than our $1900 Sony Bravia W4100. HD is nearly as good as Sony. Remote could have been much friendlier and I wish did things in one step and not menus(i.e. press a input and switch from one HDMI input to another instead od input-scroll down HDMI 1 to HDMI 2) sound is not as bad as expected but weak. but you ought to know better these are to be hooked to amps and good 5.1 or 7.1 speakers. I know 120Hz would make this TV great but at the price I bought it is a deal! surface reflection is minor in bright rooms much better than Samsung and Sharp but not as good as Sony. Watt consumption is ~ 240 at normal setting like a old 25-27″ CRT TV. start-up much slower than Sony ~ 10 sec
